These chocolate overnight oats are just what you need when nothing else will do but chocolate for breakfast! Packed full of protein and made with creamy yoghurt rich cocoa powder, a dash a maple syrup and topped with our Dark Choc Zing granola, they are best enjoyed after a workout, when you're back from dropping the kids off at school or on the go on your way to work. Delicious and come with zero guilt!
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup of oats
• 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt or alternative
• 4 tbsp of almond milk
• 2 tbsp of chocolate protein or cacao powder
• 1 tbsp of maple syrup
For the ganache
• 2 tbsp of cacao powder
• 2 tbsp of warm water
• 1 tsp of maple syrup
Toppings: SPOON Dark Choc Zing Granola
METHOD:
To make your chocolate overnight oats, mix all the ingredients for the oats together and leave in the fridge overnight.
Mix the ingredients for the ganache until well combined and pour over oats.
Sprinkle your chocolate overnight oats with SPOON granola and leave in the fridge for 5 min.
