Elevate your banana bread with our award winning, golden roasted Cinnamon + Pecan granola - made with gluten free oats, coconut chips. pecan nuts and our favourite pure maple syrup.  Here's a banana bread you will be 100% jumping out of bed on the weekend for. 


• 4 bananas
• 175g of plain flour
• 70g of almond flour
• 2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
• 1 tsp of baking soda
• 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
• 50g of maple syrup or agave
• 2 tbsp of yoghurt

• 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt
• 1 tsp of maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla paste
• SPOON maple and pecan granola


1. Mix together mashed banana, maple syrup/agave, yoghurt
2. Add baking powder, baking soda and apple cider vinegar
3. Add flour, almond flour
4. Add the mix to a bread tin with parchment paper
5. Bake at 180 for 35-40 min until the knife comes out clean. Leave cool completely.
6. Mix together coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
7. Cover the banana bread with coconut yoghurt and SPOON Cinnamon + Pecan granola
