- 7 teaspoons Earl Grey tea
- 100g The Low Sugar One Spoon granola
- 160g oats
- 200 g pecans, roughly chopped
- 100g almonds, roughly chopped
- 60g shredded coconut
- 100 ml coconut oil
- 100 ml maple syrup or honey
- A pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper
Gently melt coconut oil and maple syrup/honey in a small saucepan
In a large mixing bowl add granola, oats, pecans, almonds, shredded coconut, Earl Grey and salt. Mix well
Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands, ensuring all dry ingredients are covered.
Transfer mixture to a baking tray and flatten
Place in the oven, and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, remove from the oven and stir before flattening and returning to oven. Repeat if necessary.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool, then transfer to a large clean jar.
Serve with thick yogurt and fruit, on top of smoothie bowls or with almond milk and fresh berries
