For a little twist on your usual breakfast bowl, try baking your fruit in the oven for a whole new flavour dimension and topping with our Happy Gut granola for that all important crunch.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 plums, halved and pitted
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 100g granola
- Yoghurt to serve
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Mix together the plums, apples, sugar and lemon zest.
Add the fruit into a medium-sized casserole dish. Bake for 25 mins, until golden and crisp.
Serve with our Happy Gut granola and a big spoon of yoghurt, enjoy!
