Pip & Nut Berry Bowl



  • Pip & Nut smooth peanut butter

  • Spoon Berry Fix muesli

  • fresh berries

  • natural yoghurt

  • fruit compote


To form a base add some yoghurt to your bowl.

Add a handful of Berry Fix on top of the yoghurt.

Wash and cut your fruit to bite size and sprinkle on top.

Now add a spoon full of fruit compote and Pip & Nut smooth peanut butter onto your creation.

Stir and enjoy.

  • Joe & Seph’s Double Chocolate Caramel popcorn

  • Joe & Seph’s Salted Caramel sauce

  • Spoon Dark Chocolate granola

  • natural yoghurt

  • fresh berries


Add some yoghurt to your bowl as a base.

Sprinkle a handful of Dark Chocolate granola on top.

Wash and cut the berries to bite size and add to your bowl.

Add as much popcorn as you like on top and drizzle the salted caramel sauce over it.

Chia Seed Berry Bowl


Chia seeds are chock full of healthy nutritious ingredients including; omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, antioxidants, and calcium. Enjoyed with Spoon Berry Fix Muesli muesli, and topped up with extra seeds, nut butters and fresh fruit this breakfast bowl recipe will give you something to jump out of bed for.  Personal trainer approved and fully vegan, this breakfast bowl makes a great breakfast or snack, and is great for pre-workout energy or post-workout cravings.


  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

  • ¾ cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds


  • Spoon Berry Fix Muesli 

  • Nut butter

  • Fresh berries 

  • Maple syrup 


In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except toppings and stir until well mixed.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to thicken

Just before serving, place the chia mixture into a small bowl and top the remaining ingredients. Grab a spoon and dig in!

Nutty Banana Bowl

We believe muesli deserves a makeover at Spoon, such as our Nutty One muesli which contains a blend of wholegrain jumbo oats, malted barley flakes and puffed quinoa. We've added three types of whole nuts, orange peel and a dusting of ground turmeric and cinnamon to create a tasty muesli that doesn't have you picking out any excess dried fruit! Why not build your bowl with fresh banana and grated dark chocolate in the morning and say goodbye to bland muesli bowls. 


  • 50g The Nutty One muesli 

  • 1 fresh banana sliced in half or chopped 

  • Small handful of extra chopped mixed nuts 

  • 1-2tsp almond butter 

  • A grating of dark chocolate 

  • Splash of oat milk


Assemble your bowl with the muesli at the base. Add all the other ingredients and complete with your preferred amount of oat milk. Enjoy your morning ritual!
