INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Add a dollop of yoghurt to your bowl. Cut the kiwi into slices and half the slices, place the first line with them. Next to the kiwi add a row of Dark Choc Zing granola. Peel and slice the bananas. Place a row next to the granola and sprinkle some desiccated coconut next to it. Repeat the last step.

A bowl that will bring the beach to your breakfast table. Dreamy.

Vegan Fruit Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Add coconut yoghurt to a bowl. Cut the banana into slices.

Form a line out of The Low Sugar One, place blueberries next to it and finally the banana slices.

A vegan bowl of dreams! Enjoy!

Vegan Meridian muesli bowl

We’ve teamed up with Meridian Foods to create a healthy and tasty breakfast bowl with only a few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

  • The Nutty One

  • Pear

  • Almond Milk

  • Chia Seeds

  • Meridian Foods smooth cashew butter

METHOD:

Add the Nutty One to your bowl and top with almond milk. Wash the pear and cut into slices.

Add some Chia seeds to your bowl and place the pear around. Sprinkle some of the cashew butter on top and you’re done.

Healthy, tasty and vegan!

Vegan Fruit Bowl

It may seem like quite a challenge to go vegan as this also means having to cut out some of products you potentially love. But there are so many, incredibly tasty products out there now, which are fully vegan and taste delicious too.

Why not give this bowl a go.

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

Fill your bowl with Berry Fix muesli and add the almond milk onto it. Wash the blueberries and place them on top. Cut the passion fruit and with the help of a spoon place the seeds next to the blueberries. Finish by sprinkling some sunflower seeds onto it.

Fully #vegan and so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Berry Fix muesli

  • Pic’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

  • Blueberries

  • Banana

  • Almond Milk

METHOD:

Add Berry Fix muesli to your bowl top with milk. Now add some blueberries and sliced banana on top.

Finish with a dollop of peanut butter and a blueberry.

A tasty vegan breakfast bowl.

Missfits Fitness Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cherry Bomb granola

  • Missfits Coconut Protein Wonderballs

  • Natural Yoghurt

  • Chia Seeds

  • Grapes

METHOD:

Add natural yogurt to your bowl and place the other ingredients in lines next to each other on top.

That’s it. A healthy, tasty and simple post-workout bowl!

Raw Halo Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Dark Chocolate granola

  • Raw Halo Himalayan Salt chocolate

  • Raspberry compote

  • Raspberries

METHOD:

Add yoghurt to your bowl and sprinkle Dark Chocolate granola on top.

Create a line of raspberry compote and place pieces of the chocolate on it.

Add some fresh raspberries around and you’re ready to go.
