Spoon {eats} : Summer Smoothie Bowls

Smoothie bowls are one of our go to breakfasts or afternoon pick-me-ups during the warmer months.

Fill a large bowl - we love Sue Pryke's bowl and spoon collections with your favourite smoothie and top with granola, nuts, seeds, and extra fresh fruit, just the way you like it.

We’ve taken some inspiration from our friends at Pack’d (who provide handy pre-prepared smoothie kits for those hectic mornings) and Superseeds to bring you these three simple combinations. 


Base Pack’d Energy : Strawberry, blueberry, banana, raspberry, blackcurrant, spinach + superfood mix sachet + coconut water

Toppings: Fresh summer berries / Spoon : Cinnamon + Pecan granola / Superseeds : Coconut Brownie


Base: Pack’d Detox : Pineapple, apple, spinach, kale, ginger + lemon + superfood mix sachet + Coconut water.

Toppings: Fresh chopped pear / Spoon Peanut + Apple granola / Superseeds Maca Caramel


Base Pack’d Defence : Pineapple, papaya, mango, banana, ginger, goji berries + superfood mix sachet + coconut water.

Toppings: Fresh chopped mango / Spoon : Cinnamon + Pecan granola / Superseeds: Cinnamon Spice
