Drink plenty of water
Although it seems obvious, your body needs regular hydration to work to its full potential and many of us are guilty of not drinking enough water. If you’ve been feeling tired or suffering from headaches, the solution might be as simple as needing to drink more water throughout the day. Invest in a reusable water bottle and you’ll be able to stay hydrated on the go.
Try a new form of exercise
Eating healthily is all well and good but it’s important to combine it with the right exercise. You might choose to join your local gym or start a new class. A useful tip is to try not to excite your brain too late at night. Take some peaceful time for yourself, away from screens and worries, and you should find it much easier to fall asleep.
