'Petit oiseau’ (English translation: little bird) was a name handed to Georgie when on holiday in France as a child. The name explains her prettiness, kind nature, and her attention to detail, which can be seen in her immaculate flat. It also explains her cooking, which is light and healthy, using the finest of super food ingredients to create mind-blowing flavours without sending you into a food coma afterwards.
