Spoon {meets} : Helena La Petite

Spoon {meets} : Helena La Petite

We first met Helena through the powerful medium that is Instagram.

Spoon was at an exciting stage of the business, having just secured investment from Dragons' Den, we were going through the professes of expanding our production and refining our granola and its packaging in time for our big re-launch in July 2015.

Spoon {meets} : Georgina Davies, founder of Georgina Davies Food

Spoon {meets} : Georgina Davies, founder of Georgina Davies Food

'Petit oiseau’ (English translation: little bird) was a name handed to Georgie when on holiday in France as a child.  The name explains her prettiness, kind nature, and her attention to detail, which can be seen in her immaculate flat. It also explains her cooking, which is light and healthy, using the finest of super food ingredients to create mind-blowing flavours without sending you into a food coma afterwards. We catch up over a bowl of her homemade granola.
