Spoon is available online via our webshop as well as at Waitrose, Ocado, Tesco, Amazon, Whole Foods Market and a whole host of amazing independent shops throughout the country.

OUR GRANOLAS

I am diabetic. Which of your granolas are most suitable? 

All of our cereals have been designed with taste in mind but we have also tried to minimise the sugars that we use across the board. We make The Low Sugar One granola specifically with this in mind - it contains only 3.3g of sugars per 100g and is suitable for a low sugar diet. All our granolas are high in fibre and use only wholegrain oats, a healthier carbohydrate source than more processed cereals.

I am coeliac. Which of your cereals are most suitable? 

We make a range of granolas, some of which are certified gluten free from BRC accredited facilities. Please be sure to check the labels on all of our granola packs. All gluten free claims are clearly labelled on front of packs. 

Are your cereals vegan? 

We are proud to say that all of our granolas are vegan.

Are your cereals organic? 

Our cereals are not organic. We use the best ingredient suppliers we can find and our recipes are gluten-free and vegan. We do use some organic ingredients in certain cereals, where these are the best option.

What type of sugars do you use in your cereals? 

We use maple syrup and date syrup to give our cereals a natural sweetness. For The Low Sugar One we use Chicory Fibre (as well as maple syrup).

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Yes, our packaging is fully recyclable! The packaging is made up of an outer cardboard box with a recyclable inner bag linings. We are always looking for the best solutions to minimise the impact on the environment of the packaging we use. This is not the cheapest solution but the one with the best long-term consequences.
