Which granola is best for a low-sugar diet?

We keep sugar to a minimum in all our cereals, but The Low Sugar One is your best bet. It contains just 3.3g of sugar per 100g and is high in fibre, made with wholegrain jumbo oats—a healthier carb choice than many processed cereals.

Do you offer gluten-free cereals?

Yes! Some of our granolas are certified gluten-free. Look for the gluten-free label on our packs.

Are your cereals vegan? 

Absolutely! All Spoon Cereals products are Vegan Society certified.

Are your cereals organic? 

Not all of them and we want to be upfront about that.

Our porridge is made with organic gluten free oats, but it is not certified organic.

Across our granola range, we prioritise sourcing great ingredients from responsible suppliers. And we’re currently in the process of moving towards using regeneratively grown oats across all of our non-gluten-free granolas.

Why regenerative?
Because it focuses on improving soil health, boosting biodiversity and reducing environmental impact over time. It’s about restoring the land, not just sustaining it.

We believe “better for the planet” has to mean real action - not just a label. So while we’re not fully organic across the range, we’re focused on long-term improvements in how our oats are grown and sourced.

What type of sugars do you use in your cereals? 

We use natural sweeteners like maple syrup and date syrup. In The Low Sugar One, we use chicory fibre, a naturally occurring soluble dietary fibre from chicory root.

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Yes! Our packaging is 100% recyclable. It consists of an outer cardboard box and an inner recyclable bag. We continuously explore ways to improve our sustainability efforts while ensuring our packaging remains eco-friendly.
